The second session for Girl Scouts to earn the Put the Biscuit in the Net patch by learning about girls hockey is Tuesday Dec. 18.  They will be on the ice 4:45-5:45 at The RINK.  Program starts at 4:15 and ends at 6:00 p.m. so they can get equipment on, etc.  Girls can participate in one session or on Dec. 18 and Jan. 3. RSVP to Mary at this email or at phone numbers below.

TGHA Apparel

TGHA clothing orders have arrived.  Judy Yonkin is getting items to a contact on each TGHA team to distribute to those who placed orders. Due to the snow storm, it may be next week before you see yours.  Thanks for your patience.

Web Sites to Visit

Two interesting items on www.uscho.com this week!  Go to Women on the top navigation bar and scroll down to this week's poll.  Cornell is the top answer to the question about a team that was under .500 last year that is doing better this year and will keep doing well!

On the right side of this page is information about a hockey game that can be viewed on the web this weekend (and archived) between two of the members of the new women's hockey league.  Read on to learn about the stars of past Olympics and NCAA team who are still playing the game.

www.usahockey.com is always adding content for players, parents, coaches.  There's even holiday gift ideas.  This week's girls/womens hockey feature is about an Ivy player who played multiple sports until recently.
