All Four Ithaca Shooting Stars Teams In Action

The Ithaca Shooting Stars 13Us were defeated 0-4 by the Binghamton Blizzard, and the 14Us 1-3 to the North Country Ice Storm 14Us last weekend.  The 16U team won over the Camillus Cougars 16U, 1-0, while the 19Us beat the Erie Lady Lions 19Us 3-0 and tied them 1-1.

13U goalie Alex Staglione made 10 saves against Binghamton.  The 14Us goal was scored by Meredith Kirk assisted by Charlotte Stevens and Serena Mendola. Angela Everhart made 52 saves.

Annabelle Jones had two shutouts in goal stopping 25 shots by the Camillus 16Us and 12 by the Erie 19Us.  Janessa Cornish and Katie Long each scored two goals while Erin Grainger made two assists. Emma Hassen scored in the Erie 1-1 tie assisted by Cornish.
