From North and West
Take Route 89 South from NYS Thruway (Exit 41 Waterloo).  When you pass Taughannock Falls State Park, you are less than 10 miles from Ithaca.  When you come down the hill and the speed limit decreases, you will see the Hangar Theater and Treman Marina on the left.  The next structure and parking lot on the left is Cass Park, owned by the City of Ithaca.

From East and South
Use Route 13 which goes through Ithaca (north goes to Cortland, south to Elmira) and connects with Routes 79, 96 and 34.  Route 13 is one way southbound where Rt. 89 North signs direct you over the Cayuga Lake Inlet and through park land (watch the low speed limit here) and Cass Park is the first structure on your right.
