TGHA 2009 Niagara Chocolates Fundraiser

TGHA will be selling chocolate bars from Niagara Chocolates in Buffalo, NY as part of our annual fundraising effort. This is a great opportunity to support TGHA, and a New York state business, and we encourage everyone to participate. All of your investment will be recovered if you sell the bars, which means no actual cost to you while making a profit for TGHA!

Here's how it works:

TGHA will purchase chocolate bars from Niagara Chocolates by the case. Each case contains 30 bars, or you can get a variety pack with 40 bars (see below). Each player/family that is interested in participating will fill out the attached order form and return it to their team manager no later than Monday, November 9th (Tuesday the 10th for 14U and 19U). Payment is due when the order is placed. The cost is $30 per case ($40 for variety pack). Once the chocolate is delivered (approximately 10-12 days after order is placed), it is then your job to turn around and sell all the bars (or eat them if you can't stop yourself). Since you have already paid TGHA, you keep the money from the direct sale of the bars, and are fully reimbursed for the original cost. TGHA and Niagara Chocolates will not accept any returns, so be confident that you can sell (or eat) the amount you order.

The cost to TGHA is $15 per case ($20 for variety pack), so our profit is 50%. The money will go to the general TGHA fund, not to individual teams, and will help support equipment costs, scholarships, events, etc.
